The standard warranty period for all products sold is 24 months on Dryers and Straighteners and 12 months on all Barberhood Tools. The warranty shall be valid if original proof of purchase is provided, readable and complete in all its parts since the date and item shall be considered legally binding. To help in the Warranty process, please make sure you register your purchase of Gamma + products on our Product Registration Page.
Please note the warranty covers the quality defects of the appliance due to materials or its manufacturing and Gamma + will undertake to repair or replace free of charge any parts that within the warranty period may prove in its judgement not to be efficient due to material or manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from non-compliant use, improper treatment or breakage during transport, damage caused by use of the product with incorrect mains voltage, or parts subject to normal wear and tear

As long as the fault is covered by warranty and you can provide proof of purchase that it is within the first two years of the products life cycle and you have registered your product on our website, we will cover all costs associated with postage to have the product sent back in for repair or replacement and returned to you.
From the time of we receive the product until the time we send back out it should not take longer than 10 business days. If it is going to be longer, we will contact you and update you.
Note: If a claim is raised for warranty purposes and is considered to have been mishandled the warranty is null and void.
If you want to travel with your Gamma + products International, all you need to do is make sure you have the appropriate adapter for the country you are travelling to. All our products operate on a (220v-240v) Voltage, which is common in most countries. So that you are not disappointed please check the country that you are travelling to and the voltage that is used.
